Abstract
Abstract : Authors describe a possible photo induced mechanism in Co: BaTiO3 based on a local hole photoinjection at a Co3+ site close to a preexisting metastable hole. The Jahn-Teller field at the Co2+ site transfers the pair of holes over 4A° in the rhombic direction [111].
