Abstract
The safety of rail vehicles is related to the safety of life and property, so the health management of rail vehicles is very important in rail transit operation. In this paper, the digital twin technology is introduced into the health management of rail vehicles. Firstly, the related artificial intelligence algorithms in the field of digital Twin are combed. Then, a complex equipment health management architecture based on digital twin technology is proposed, and the elements, operation data processing module, prediction and maintenance decision module of complex equipment digital Twin are listed. Finally, it analyzes the key components and faults of rail train, the input and output of digital twin, and the workflow of rail train health management based on digital twin technology. This paper makes a preliminary exploration for the application of digital twin technology in the field of rail vehicle health management in the future.
