Abstract

Digital twins have received extensive attention in recent years. Digital twin technology is the continuation and expansion of human ability to understand and transform the world. This paper first analyzes and sorts out the origin of digital twin technology and the application framework of digital twin technology in the field of complex equipment operation and maintenance. The related supporting technologies of digital twin are sorted out. Then a data-driven industrial equipment digital twin construction and maintenance method framework is proposed. Finally, based on the above research, an example software of rail transit health management based on digital twin is developed. This paper makes a preliminary exploration on the application of future digital twin technology in the field of rail vehicle health management.
