Abstract
Due to the increasing number of сosmetic operations to changing nature of the deposition of fat in a particular area of the body (in our case, in the abdomen), surgically, there are cases of examination of the corpses of people who died in the early post- operative period due to pulmonary embolism as phlebothrombosis complications from deep vein of the leg. The article demonstrates types and number of complications, developing in early postoperative period after liposuction, also there are given extracts from the case history and the expert opinion, describing in detail the postoperative period and morphological changes, found during the autopsy and forensic histological examination. Pathogenetic mechanism of postoperative complications and causal relationship between incor- rect postoperative care and lethal outcome are well-grounded.

Несприятливий вплив мали: лежаче положення потерпілої після проведеного напередодні оперативного втручання, підвищена вага тіла протягом останніх 7-ми років, наявність набряків м’яких тканин та пастозність шкірних покривів обох гомілок та стоп, збільшення розмірів та ваги серця, потовщення стінок серця, гіпертрофія сосочкових та трабекулярних м’язів серця, дифузний дрібновогнищевий кардіосклероз, ущільнення тканини печінки та селезінки, розширення вен гомілок, які в цілому сприяли сповільненню кровотоку у судинах та зниження функції м’язово-венозної “помпи” обох гомілок, утворенню в їх просвіті згортків крові, що призвело до порушення їх прохідності[2]
ВИСНОВКИ Флеботромбоз, як ускладнення раннього післяопераційного періоду при ліпосакції передньої черевної стінки із розвитком тромбоемболії легеневої артерії, за різними даними призводить до смерті у 10% випадків

ФЛЕБОТРОМБОЗ ЯК УСКЛАДНЕННЯ РАННЬОГО ПІСЛЯОПЕРАЦІЙНОГО ПЕРІОДУ ПРИ ЛІПОСАКЦІЇ ПЕРЕДНЬОЇ ЧЕРЕВНОЇ СТІНКИ У зв’язку із збільшення кількості косметологічних операцій для зміни характеру відкладення жиру на певній ділянці тіла хірургічним шляхом, з’являються випадки проведення експертизи трупів осіб, які померли у ранньому післяопераційному періоді від тромбоемболії легеневої артерії, як ускладнення флеботромбозу, зокрема глибоких вен гомілок.
