Abstract

The technique of phlebo-arterio-urography is described as a simple, safe and quick method of investigating abdominal tumours in children. It consists of injecting contrast medium into the femoral vein and following its course through the venous, arterial and urographic phases, using a rapid film changer. The value of the method in the investigation of 15 cases of abdominal tumour is discussed.
