Abstract
The beginning of the study of the phenomenon of propaganda and agitation in social philosophy, the laws and principles of their application in the spiritual sphere is to give them a scientific definition. This article covers such important issues as the concepts of propaganda and agitation, different interpretations of the concepts of propaganda and agitation in different periods, from their lexical meaning, spiritual propaganda and agitation in the development of independent Uzbekistan, their content and essence.
