Abstract

In the current state of phenomenological research and studies carried out on the notion of corporeity and inter-subjectivity in Husserl, we must emphasize above all a set of texts, grouped in the form organized by I. Kern, published in 1973 in the German edition of Husserliana, Volumes XIII–XV, with the title Zur Phanomenologie der Intersubjektivitat. This set of texts, which covers a long period of transcendental phenomenology (from 1905 to 1935), is obedient to an initial intention on Husserl’s part that continued during and after the Cartesian Medita tions.1 According to I. Kern, the genesis of the theme of intersubjectivity in Husserl follows a chronological trilogy. He makes a historical sketch of the evolution of the problem of intersubjectivity in the various writings of Husserl from 1900–1901 to 1935.2
