Abstract
The mixed system (Rb 1 − x Cs x ) 2 MnI 4 was synthesized over full range of x by Bridgman method and the phase transitional properties was investigated. The melting point T m , α-β phase transition point T α−β and dielectric peak temperature T C of both Rb 2 MnI 4 and Cs 2 MnI 4 were obtained as the function of x. Obtained results were discussed in connection with supercooling of α−β phase transition.
