Abstract
The mixed system of (Rb 1− x Cs x ) 2 ZnI 4 was prepared over full range of x by Bridgman method and the phase transitional properties were investigated. The melting point T m , α − β phase transition point Tα −β and dielectric peak temperature T C of both Rb2ZnI4 and Cs 2 ZnI 4 were obtained as the function of x. Obtained results were discussed in connection with supecooling of α − β phase transition.
