Abstract
AbstractWe measured the emission spectra under strong excitation above the band gap using femtosecond pulses and observed the exciton Mott transition at high temperature and the liquid–gas transition below 160 K from temperature and excitation density dependences of emission spectra. From these results we determined the phase diagram of electron–hole system in diamond.
