Abstract

Too many businesses, talent management aren’t just another administrative concern; it's the central issue, the resolution of which can make or break the company's long-term viability. A new business scenario, characterized by shifts in macro environmental forces, has emerged since the 1990s. Rapid shifts in the global economy, technology, politics, and society are examples of the accelerating macroenvironmental forces influencing businesses. Emphasized that the volatile and uncertain environment in which firms operate has increased competition due to four factors: global linkages, information technology, knowledge-based competition, and political uncertainty. Examine the talent management practices of the pharmaceutical sector in Haryana.
