Abstract
Sex cord tumors with annular tubules are rare subtype of sex cord stromal tumor of the ovary. One-third of sex cord tumors with annular tubules are associated with PeutzJeghers syndrome (PJS). In patients with the syndrome, tumors are typically multifocal, bilateral, focally calcified, less than 3 cm in diameter and benign. In the present case report we describe a rare case of bilateral, multifocal ATSKT which was incidentally found. The patient had no other symptoms and features of PJS. The case is presented with review of literature because of the rare clinical presentation
