До 2020 року обсяги органічного землеробства в Україні можуть сягати 7% від площі сільськогосподарських угідь, а частка виробництва органічної продукції - зрости до 3% [5]. Аналогічно змінилось поголів’я великої рогатої худоби, що утримується у цьому регіоні в умовах органічних ферм, - зросло на 58% до 3,6 млн.
