Abstract

The article attempts to analyze the use of digital technologies in agriculture from the point of view of the personnel aspect. Many experts point to the low cost of labor and the level of qualification of workers engaged in agricultural production as the main factors hindering their implementation. Therefore, on the path of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex, more attention should be paid to personnel policy issues, in particular, to the ongoing qualitative changes in the labor force used in the industry (in its professionalism, competence and motivation).
