Abstract
The article examined the architecture of the corporate platform for MS Team teamwork and analyzed the processed information when it was used for distance learning. The study found that MS Teams is an information system for processing personal data. The use of this tool in the distance learning process violates some provisions of the Federal Law "On Personal Data". There is no consent of the subject to the processing of personal data by a third-party organization on behalf of the operator and to their trans-border transfer. The collection of personal data, its recording, systematization, accumulation, storage are done through databases that are not in the Russian Federation, which is also not consistent with the law.
