Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a shift in the learning system from face-to-face to online as an effort by the government to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in various regions in Indonesia. This study aims to determine student perceptions of learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic, which media is the most effective at IAIN Metro. This study uses the method of observation and distributing questionnaires online using Google Form. For data processing, quantitative descriptive analysis was carried out to strengthen the results of this study. This research was conducted on active IAIN Metro students with a sample of 125 students who carried out online learning during the pandemic. The results of the study showed that online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic at IAIN Metro went well despite the obstacles faced by students. The use of IAIN Metro’s Learning Management System (LMS) learning media is still the most frequently used and effective compared to other media used at IAIN Metro. However, students still hope that face-to-face lectures can be carried out directly or mixed (blended learning). Keywords: student perception, COVID-19 pandemic, online learning
