Abstract
Prostacyclin analog, iloprost, enhances the hatching, implantation, and live birth of mouse embryos (Huang et al, 2003, 2004). The enhancements are likely mediated via PPARδ, a nuclear receptor (Kang et al, 2011). L165041, a PPARδ ligand, mimics the effects of iloprost on fresh mouse embryos (Huang et al, 2007a, b). In this report we determine the effect of L165041 on the development of post-thaw embryos.
