Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of the variable Leadership and Career Development on teacher work productivity. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables of leadership and career development on teacher work productivity. The research population was the Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Junior High School teacher, Mojokerto. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: 1) leadership and career development have a simultaneous effect on teacher work productivity. 2) leadership and career development have a partial effect on teacher work productivity. 3) career development has a dominant effect on teacher work productivity.
