Abstract

The article in this literature review is an initial step to find the apropriate research direction related to the issue of legal protection for Covid-19 patients. The main purpose of this literature review is to find research gaps related to the issue of legal protection for Covid-19 patients in the context of Indonesia. The literature collected is journals that have relevance to the topic of legal protection for Covid-19 patients. After evaluating and selecting there are 6 (six) relevant existing studies for review. The results of a review of the existing literature show two things. First, the topic of research on legal protection for Covid-19 patients in health services in hospitals is a topic that needs to be investigated further considering that this topic has not been discussed in existing researchlm. Second, empirical research or juridical empirical research methods need to be carried out holistically with the main subjects are Covid-19 patients, including parties directly related to services for Covid-19 patients in hospitals, such as health workers and the hospital management. The results of the research that will be carried out will be able to enrich knowledge, both in the fields of health sciences, law, and social sciences.
