There were 2 patients with complications, 1 case with biliary duct injury, 1 case with incision infection in control group and they turned well after treated with drug. There was no patient with complication in experimental group. There were significant differences in operation time, bleeding volume in surgery, exsufflation time after operation and hospital stays between experimental and control groups(P< 0.05).
