Abstract
The motor and frequency conversion speed regulating system used in the coal mine are still two independent systems, thus increasing the installation space and tedious wiring burden. By integrating the frequency converter and motor into a whole and using the hybrid active filter to reduce the harmonic influence of the motor, the performance of the integrated machine can be optimized and the work demand of mining, digging and transportation can be better met. The optimization model of frequency conversion integrated machine is established. In the process of establishing the optimization mathematical model of frequency conversion integrated machine, the intelligent optimization algorithm, namely the hybrid algorithm of genetic and simulated annealing, is adopted. The optimization algorithm is improved according to the design characteristics and engineering practice of frequency conversion integrated machine. Simulation results show that the optimal design of frequency conversion integrated machine based on intelligent optimization algorithm is effective and reliable.
