The business process is identified as the baseline to determine performance metrics on each process (plan, source, make, deliver, return and enable) and performance attributes, i.e. reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, and asset management efficiency. According to the experts within the company, there are only 27 of 40 performance metrics obtained valid. The overall performance score is at a good level with a value of 77.89. Among the metrics, it is found 9 metrics in marginal and average level while the remaining metrics gained the value of more than 70.
