Abstract

Chloride ion has an important influence on the performance of gypsum board prepared by desulfurization gypsum, especially in wet environment. Therefore, this paper analyzed the influence of chloride ion on the bonding propertiesof gypsum board and studied the ways to improve the bonding properties of gypsum board prepared by desulfurization gypsum with higher chloride ion content. Porous mineral materials were introduced into the preparation of gypsum board. The effects of porous mineral materials on the bonding properties and other mechanical properties of gypsum board were studied and the results were analyzed. The results show that adding 1% porous mineral material to the desulfurization gypsum with higher chloride ion content can improve the wet-thermal bonding properties obviously, and has little effect on the mechanical properties of the board.
