Abstract
Abstract Perforation of the bowel following an electrical burn is uncommon. DiVincenti et al. (1969), in 65 cases of electrical injury, reported I case of colonic perforation which was revealed at autopsy. In the 33 cases reported by Robinson et al. (1965) there were none. The comparative rarity of this condition has prompted us to report this case.
