Abstract

14th International Forum on Strategic Technology (IFOST), October 14-17, 2019, Tomsk, Russia, organized by National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (Russia).International Forum on Strategic Technology (IFOST) is a nonprofit organization composed of member institutes located in Asia: University of Ulsan (Korea), Novosibirsk State Technical University (Russia), Tomsk Polytechnic University (Russia), Harbin University of Science and Technology (China), Mongolian University of Science and Technology (Mongolia), Chemnitz University of Technology (TUC) Germany.The main purpose of the forum is to engage researchers into the discussion of strategic technologies, broaden their experience of participation in international events and giving an opportunity to find new colleagues and co-authors. IFOST is a meeting point for researchers from multiple countries.
