Perencanaan Komunikasi Corporate Social Responsibility Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning dalam Pengembangan Ekowisata Arboretum Gambut

The Peat Arboretum is one of the PT. Pertamina RU II, Sungai Pakning which is managed by the Kampung Jawa community group. This research was motivated by the discovery of land that was saved from peatland fires around Kampung Jawa in the 2013-2015. Basically, the people of Kampung Jawa are people with low education and lack of public awareness of environmental sustainability as an edutourism area. Therefore, this research aims at how PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning through its CSR activities communicated in building community participation to realize the Marsawa Peat Arboretum as ecotourism in Bengkalis Regency. In this study using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. research subjects were determined based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the environmental communication carried out by PT Pertamina in the CSR program in realizing the Peat Arboretum as ecotourism is carried out through several stages, namely assessment, planning, production and action and reflection. Of the four, community participation in realizing the Peat Arboretum as ecotourism in Bengkalis Regency has been effective, this can be seen from the voluntary community involvement in programs that lead to social change. The four stages are educational, solution and comprehensive efforts in realizing the Peat Arboretrum as Ecotourism in Bengkalis Regency.
 

Limited employment opportunities can cause social problems and impact on economic growth, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. In an effort to overcome this problem, the role of stakeholders such as the government social institutions, the private sector, and the community itself is needed. The purpose of this study was to look at the role of stakeholders in the sustainability of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Rewulu’s CSR Program through the Berlian Progo Mandiri Women’s Group. Therefore, what is the role of stakeholder groups in the sustainability of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Rewulu’s CSR Program? This research method is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study indicate that in the empowerment process, so that the programs being implemented can be sustainable and continue to develop, the role of local stakeholder is needed. In this study, it was found that the role of stakeholders in PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Rewulu's CSR program (the Berlian Progo Mandiri Women's Group study) was in accordance with the analysis of the Pentahelix model used, namely academics, business/private sector, community/society, government, and media.

CSR is a commitment of business people to continue to act ethically, operate legally and contribute to economic growth, along with improving the quality of life of employees and their families as well as improving the quality of local communities and communities in the business environment within the company's business environment. PT Pertamina RU II Dumai is one company that continuously carries out CSR activities with various target groups in the community. One of the beneficiaries of PT Pertamina RU II Dumai's CSR program is the Tuna Fishermen Group with the Fishermen Community Empowerment Program (Minapolitan Village Development Pilot Project). This study is to measure community satisfaction with the CSR program that has been carried out so that concrete steps can be found to increase the benefits of program implementation. The population of this research is the Tuna Fishermen Group with 11 members. The sampling technique is the Census. The data method used a questionnaire and observation. Data analysis refers to Permen PAN and RB No. 14 of 2017. From the analysis conducted, it was obtained that the IKM value was 3.25 with the IKM value converted to 81.25 which could be interpreted as “Good” for the Performance Quality Program.

This study aims to determine the CSR Strategy of PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy in Improving the Quality of Kamojang Geothermal Area Coffee, regarding (1) PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy's CSR Strategy Process in improving the quality of Kamojang Geothermal Area Coffee (2) Developing an organic waste management program in the Kamojang area to support sustainable agricultural practices, so as to improve soil fertility and yield quality of Kamojang Geothermal Coffee (3) Increasing market access for coffee farmers in the Kamojang area by helping them market their coffee products to a wider market, both domestically and abroad. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by interviews, non-participant observation. This program covers the cultivation and processing of coffee. The scope of cultivation in question is PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang participates in increasing capacity and providing assistance in optimizing the Kamojang Area Geothermal Coffee cultivation process in farmer groups. The scope of coffee processing includes capacity building as well as providing assistance with coffee processing facilities and infrastructure for the Mount Kamojang farmer groups. Through this program, it is hoped that the company can participate in increasing the capacity of residents around Kamojang while optimizing agricultural commodities in the Kamojang area. The theory of supporting communication methods in this study is Stakeholder Theory, and CSR. Based on the research results, it was found that PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy's CSR Strategy process in improving the quality of Geothermal Coffee in the Kamojang Area was carried out by Social Mapping, Surveys, Compilation. Program, Implementation, Evaluation / Monitoring As for Developing an organic waste management program in the Kamojang area to support sustainable agricultural practices, so as to increase soil fertility and yield quality for Geothermal Coffee in the Kamojang Area As well as finding several Improve market access for coffee farmers in the Kamojang area by helping they market their coffee products to a wider market, both domestically and abroad, winning awards, for the community getting development, knowledge and skills, improving the economy and for employees getting new experiences, as a learning method. This study aims to see how the Implementation of PT Pertamina's Corporate Social Responsibility in Supporting the Conservation of Natural Resources in Minangkabau. Corporate Social Responsibility is defined as the company's responsibility to stakeholders to act ethically, minimize negative impacts and maximize positive impacts which include economic, social and environmental aspects (triple bottom line) in order to achieve sustainable development goals. The research method in this study is a descriptive qualitative method that focuses on the Implementation of PT Pertamina's Corporate Social Responsibility in Supporting the Conservation of Natural Resources in Minangkabau. Data Collection Techniques Data collection techniques in qualitative research are observation, literature, interviews and documentation studies. In this CSR program partnering with the West Sumatra Natural Resources Conservation Center (BKSDA). This activity focuses on handling conflicts that occur between people and wild animals. From the implementation of this CSR activity PT Pertamina is implemented in the form of Community Assistance, providing assistance by considering the needs that are really needed by the community. In practice, this wildlife conservation program is carried out by PT Pertamina in collaboration with the West Sumatra Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BKSDA). While the level of CSR carried out in wildlife conservation is Philanthropy, CSR program activities that help solve problems partially.

Corporate Social Responsibility is an obligation carried out by the company and regulated in article 74 paragraphs (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, but in its implementation, the program is not perceived in creating community independence. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of PT Pertamina's CSR program carried out in Tambakrejo, North Semarang, Semarang City. This research is qualitative descriptive research. This research uses the theory of effectiveness from Sutrisno. The results show that there are five areas of Pertamina's CSR program in Tambakrejo, namely CSR in the fields of environment, education, economics, infrastructure, and health. The effectiveness of PT Pertamina's CSR program in Tambakrejo can be concluded that the result is not optimal yet since Tambakrejo people do not fully understand every Pertamina's CSR program, the target of CSR programs that have not touched all communities, and lack of timeliness in the implementation of activities. Some programs such as economic CSR programs and health CSR programs, have not been able to achieve the goals set by the company and have less impact on beneficiaries. The determining factors in this program are company resources, namely the lack of CDO officers, community conditions that affect the acceptance of CSR programs, and budget constraints so that Pertamina has limitations in choosing targets and programs. The environmental conditions that hinder the implementation and development of programs and the individual’s capacity that has the motivation to develop, the training and mentoring carried out by various stakeholders, and the group capacity built by individual capacity, leadership, and support

World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) shows that there are 70 million deaf people worldwide but only about 2% of deaf people can access education using sign language and only 20% of deaf people in developing countries get access to education. Deaf people also have difficulties in accessing the economic sector. This is also experienced by the people of Bengkala Village, that also known as the Deaf Village due to the birth rate of the deaf people in this village is 1.14% and it is higher than the birth rate of deaf people in the world. PT Pertamina DPPU Ngurah Rai in order to increase the community inclusiveness, as well as empowering deaf people to get decent education and jobs, has organized a CSR program called KEM Bengkala. This study aims to explore and take a deeper look at the implementation and impact of the KEM Bengkala program implementation. By using qualitative research methods and a case study approach, it is expected to be able to explore deeper and more thorough data. The results of the research show that through KEM Bengkala program, PT Pertamina DPPU Ngurah Rai has succeeded in increasing the capacity of deaf people of Bengkala Village. They have been able to produce weaving, incense, ingka (skewer plate), and Sakuntala herbal medicine. Deaf people of Bengkala through this program can also develop local dances of Bengkala Village, they are Jalak Anguci, Yogi Nandhini, Janger Kolok, Puspa Arum, and Bebila Dance. These programs can run well and create program sustainability by involving 3 sectors from the government, civil society, and companies.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a social activity carried out by a company as a form of concern for the welfare of society in the social, economic, and environmental fields, and it is expected to become a sustainable development program. One of the companies analyzed in this research is PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Gorontalo, located in Tenda Village. Since its establishment and operation in Gorontalo City, CSR PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Gorontalo has had a community empowerment program. One of the CSR programs implemented is the Sea Products Community (KAIL) program. This program focuses on developing culinary businesses, especially processing tuna fish into food ingredients to create jobs for mothers in Tenda Village, increasing economic growth, and optimizing existing Gita Cookies MSMEs. The problem that will be analyzed in this research is communication between PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Gorontalo and the Sea Products Community. This research uses participatory communication theory, namely, two-way communication, which actively involves the community in CSR activities. Meanwhile, this research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of approach. The techniques used in collecting data were in-depth interviews and observation. The research results show that PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Gorontalo involves the community of Tenda Village in implementing the program. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Gorontalo is the information provider, and the KAIL group is the recipient of the information, taking place in one direction. Meanwhile, dialogical communication is carried out using dialogue with the aim of monitoring programs for the Sea Products Community. Multi-track communication was also carried out by presenting stakeholders with the KAIL program. This article aims to describe PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Balongan's CSR empowerment program based on integrated sustainable waste management in the Langgen Block, Singaraja Village, Indramayu. The initial initiation came from a resident's anxiety about the slum and dirty surrounding environment as a trigger for tidal flooding and digestive diseases. Since 2019, this waste management has been carried out based on solidarity from the collective consciousness and self-subsistent of the surrounding community, assisted by the village government through village funds. Then starting in 2021, this activity and its managers will become foster partners of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Balongan CSR in the Serial Waste Bank CSR program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with observations and interviews with residents and managers of the Berseri Waste Bank including literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Berseri Waste Bank CSR Program is an alternative CSR program that represents an integrated sustainable waste management pattern that has a broad impact on the environment, social, economy and welfare with the concept of Integrated Sustainable Waste Management (ISWM). This research aims to determine community participation in their contribution to developing tourist attractions. This qualitative research method with a case study approach involves key informants and ordinary informants. Data collection can be done through observation and interviews. Data analysis takes the form of a process of analyzing interview results, observations and documentation results. The results of the research can be concluded that those involved in developing the Sajuta Janjang tourist attraction area were the people there, especially Jorong Tabek Sarik'an, as well as several elements from the local government. The development of tourist attraction area started with public awareness. The reasons why the community participates in the development of the Sajuta Janjang tourist attraction area can be divided into two, namely from an economic and social perspective. The efforts made include the formation of an agency by the nagari government so that the development of the Sajuta Janjang tourist area runs smoothly and the formation of a buek arek judicial institution to protect local communities and tourists from wrongdoing.

The aim of the research is to analyze the application of corporate social responsibility on social media in PT Tip Top. The usage of social media in corporate social responsibility activities allows the creation of an interactive dialogue that is horizontal between the company and stakeholders. The research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The author uses research design ‘holistic single case’. This research uses three sources of evidence including direct observation, document analysis, and literature review. This research indicates that the CSR program on online media at PT Tip Top leads to the concept of corporate social marketing . The CSR program is a form of the company's contribution to realizing its responsibilities as regulated in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. Through Community development as a CSR strategy, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Sei Siak built an ecotourism-based tourism village on Semut Island, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. This ecotourism village development program aims to empower the community, preserve the environment, and attract tourists, which impacts sustainable economic development. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with documentation study and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the ecotourism-based empowerment program could contribute to environmental conservation, which increased fish, shrimp, and other biota commodities for food supplies and became an attraction for tourists to Semut Island, which would generate sustainable economic benefits. In terms of society, the Tourism Village program provides Saung Education as a gathering place to increase residents' capacity. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Sei Siak will monitor and supervise the program's sustainability and biodiversity on Semut Island.


 The diversity of tribes, religions, races, and between groups for the Indonesian people is a strength to build a great nation. The younger generation's understanding of the cultural diversity of Indonesia is fading due to the impact of globalization, so an education program for love of the homeland is needed. One of the educational programs is the Student Know the Archipelago Program which is sponsored by a company that is part of a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) conducted by PT. Pertamina in Papua Province. The purpose of this research is to know about implementing Corporate Social Responsibility through the student program to know Nusantara by PT Pertamina (Persero). The research method used is a descriptive study with qualitative data types through data collection techniques conducted utilizing interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results showed that in the planning phase of PT Pertamina SMN CSR program which refers to the concept of Hohnen shows there is still some inconformity implementation of CSR program due to the condition of Papua area that has limitations in access to information and communication. This limitation can make the lack of a valid CSR program SMN 2018 held by PT. Pertamina (Persero) in campaigning for the diversity of Indonesian culture. Simpulan showed that PT. Pertamina has been striving to be able to realize the CSR program as a manifestation of the responsibility of BUMN present for the state.

The company's contribution to building society is implemented through the Corporate Social Responsibility program, known as the CSR program. The concept of CSR is influenced by the idea that the existence of a company depends on the life of the environment and the community in which it lives and is adjusted to the problems that exist around the company's location as a form of responsibility to the stakeholders and the surrounding environment. This study aims to describe the implementation of an environmental conservation-based CSR program carried out by PT Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning. This study uses a qualitative paradigm while the data in this study were collected through in-depth interviews with local communities, local community leaders, CDOs, and CSR coordinators who are directly responsible for CSR programs. Besides, the secondary data was obtained through the company’s website, CSR reports, and news in the mass media about the CSR of PT Pertamina RU II Pakning. The results of this study indicate that the environmental-based CSR program is implemented through a mangrove conservation and revitalization program through community empowerment. Local people are actively involved in handling environmental issues through working groups on conservation and revitalization of mangrove areas, cultivation of brackish fish, and product processing.

This paper describes the efforts to resolve the smoke disaster caused by forest and peatland fires in Riau Province by PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning CSR program. This paper is an empirical study carried out in Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia during the period 2017-2019. The findings presented in this paper include the mitigation of smoke disasters carried out by various parties including private institutions, one of which is CSR of PT Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning which develops Forest and Land Fire Mitigation programs based on Community Empowerment of Masyarakat Peduli Api (MPA) and makes Arboretum Gambut as environmental education program for the community. The research method is qualitative research. The result is with the PT Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning CSR program in Bukit Batu district area didn’t have a land and forest fire in that period.
