Abstract
A lattice model of a two-component fluid that displays a closed-loop phase diagram is studied to determine the correlated site percolation threshold of one of the components. Both the phase diagram and the threshold of the three-dimensional system are determined within the Bethe approximation. A rapid variation of the threshold with temperature below the lower critical point is found, similar to that observed in a recent experiment. This variation is attributed to the tendency of the interactions to structure the fluid.
