Abstract
Under the study, efforts have been made to determine the challenges that the students and faculty members face in skill development courses, and suggestions have been taken on behalf of both students and faculty members to move out the existing problems in this stream. To gather the data from the target audience, a pre-structured questionnaire has been framed. After that, data have been collected with online surveys in electronic mails and interaction with students and faculty members. The study's findings will be beneficial for the youth and educational institutions. Based on the results, students will know the market's fundamental skills in the current scenario and the main problems in this field. The students' suggested measures will provide the right path to the educational institutions to understand students' thoughts. Other side measures offered by the faculty members will help the educational institution's authority understand the organizations' drawbacks.
