Abstract
ObjectivesThe goal of the current study is to emphasize the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between the perception of safety climate and organizational trust and to highlight the impact of the safety climate dimensions on the organizational trust dimensions. ParticipantsThe present study was built collecting data from 147 participants from the health system. MethodologyThe design used in the study was transversal, predictive intragroup correlation type. ResultsJob satisfaction is a partial mediator in the relationship between the perception of safety climate and organizational trust.
