Abstract

Pekanbaru's Land Office is an government agencies that engaged in the agrarian and spatial affairs that is located at Jl. Pepaya No.77 Sukajadi Pekanbaru. The Land office has already using computer for daily work activity but not all of them yet, only part of the office. at the room of estate book, registration of estate book still on the ledger so it makes the job goes slowly for the officer when going to check the estate book that present and the estate book that borrowed along with the book that have been returned. the purpose of this research to simplify the work of Pekanbaru's Land Office in data processing, registration of estate book, borrowing estate book, and returning estate book, so that not takes too long times for data processing. In this research, the writer using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as the programing application and sql server for database application.
