Abstract

Abstrak PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan besar dalam konstruksi bangunan pabrik. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia dalam pengembangan pabrik CPO yaitu Solven Plant, OSBL Plant dan Refinery Plant. Tahap awal kontribusi PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia belum menerapkan sistem informasi hasil kinerja karyawan di dalam lingkup pabrik CPO. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia yaitu pemantauan pelaksanaan progress proyek masih lambat yang disebabkan oleh jarak lokasi 3 plant cukup jauh dan beban pengawasan terhadap 3 plant tersebut dibebankan oleh 1 pekerja. Tidak adanya pelaporan hasil kinerja dalam pengerjaan pabrik yang berupa gambar, sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan yang disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman dalam sisi desain proyek dikarenakan bahasa asing yang berakibat kesalahan dalam konstruksi bangunan pabrik. Dari permasalahan tersebut peneliti merancang sistem pelaporan hasil kinerja tenaga berbasis website, untuk mempermudah PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia untuk melakukan pengawasan hasil kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ialah metode waterfall. Tahap pengujian sistem menerapkan black box testing. Perancangan sistem berbasis website memanfaatkan bahasa pemprograman PHP. Hasil perancangan sistem ini dapat di implementasikan kepada perusahaan untuk mengukur keberhasilan sistem dan memberikan manfaat dalam segi pengawasan hasil kinerja di tiap pabrik, ketersedian informasi yang jelas antara sumber data dan bukti fisik sehingga data terdokumentasi dengan baik.Kata kunci: Sistem, Metode Waterfall, Grafik, KonstruksiAbstract PT. There is no reporting of performance results in factory work in the form of drawings, so that errors often occur due to a lack of understanding in terms of project design due to foreign language which results in errors in factory building construction. Based on these problems, researchers designed a website-based reporting system for employee performance results, to make it easier for PT. Indonesian Classification Bureau to monitor employee performance results. The method used in system development is the waterfall method. The system testing stage applies black box testing. Website-based system design utilizes the PHP programming language. The results of this system design can be implemented by companies to measure the success of the system and provide benefits in terms of monitoring performance results in each factory, providing clear information between data sources and physical evidence so that the data is well documented.Keywords: System, Waterfall Method, Graphics, Construction
