Abstract
The printing purchase order (PO) information system uses the WhatsApp gateway, which aims to provide PO Printing and customer invoicing services. This time, PT MIG is engaged in graphics, which already has regular customers and print routines. The problem that often occurs is the management of customer transactions, where customers make print orders using WhatsApp Messenger more often. So that the admin has difficulty recording it, because the message is deleted or forgot to write it down. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools with the Prototype model.

Teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang sangat pesat. Teknologi informasi membawa pengaruh yang besar pada bidang-bidang yang diimplementasikan, termasuk dunia industri percetakan. Untuk mitranya ini secara umum dalam melakukan Purchase Order (PO) dilakukan melalui komunikasi chat whatsapp atau telepon langsung ke admin percetakan. Judul penelitian Perancangan Aplikasi Cetak Dokumen Online Berbasis Android di Biner Jombang. Penelitian tersebut merancang bangun sistem pemesanan cetak berbasis Android, yang memiliki layanan pencetakan dokumen, dengan cara mengunggah berkas ke dalam sistem. Judul penelitian Sistem Informasi Jasa Pemesanan Percetakan Berbasis Android. Penelitian tersebut merancang sebuah sistem informasi jasa pemesanan percetakan berbasis Android yang memilki fitur tambahan berupa notifikasi untuk pelanggan. Adapun permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan MIG adalah purchase order (PO) dan invoice untuk pelanggan.
