Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the role of women in developing human resources in Indonesia and building synergy in the pandemic era including improving the quality of life, being productive, equitable, capable of utilizing, developing, and mastering science and technology that is environmentally sound as well as in the development of institutions that include institutions and the role of law. which supports efforts to improve the quality of human resources during the pandemic. The method in this study uses the System Literature Review (SLR), by examining several sources used as material in finding and obtaining literature including articles, electronic media, official government websites, official reports from international organizations, and other relevant sources. These sources are used as the basis for analyzing and drawing conclusions in making the results of the study. The results show that increasing the capacity and quality of a nation through the development of superior human resources is a shared task in creating a strong nation and a prosperous country. These efforts, of course, require cooperation from all parties, especially families in terms of providing education and expertise in accordance with the standards set by the government. Women in their role as mothers have an important contribution to the growth and development of children to create a strong foundation to support the birth of quality human resources. From the health aspect, women are vulnerable to COVID-19 because they play a major role in the care economy, from the social aspect, due to the rules of working from home, women are more likely to face the double burden of balancing their productivity and household work.
