PERAN KUA DALAM OPTIMALISASI PELAYANAN BIMBINGAN MANASIK HAJI (Studi pada Jemaah Calon Haji Tahun Keberangkatan 2016-2017 di KabupatenTasikmalaya)

Abstract

The guidance of pilgrims carried out by the government in this case the Ministry of Religion is the implementation of the mandate of the law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2008 as amended by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 34 of 2009 concerning the implementation of Hajj. In order to be more efficient and effective the coaching activities through the guidance of the Hajj rituals are carried out by the Office of Religious Affairs of Districts in Indonesia generally including in Tasikmalaya Regency. The phenomenon that appears in some prospective pilgrims is manasik guidance in the District Religious Affairs Office is only a part of mere formalities, and the second class of Hajj manasik guidance place, and is not used as the main ritual place on the grounds that they have received early guidance from the Worship Guidance Group. Hajj Therefore, it is necessary to examine the extent of the role of the Office of Religious Affairs in the implementation of guidance for the Hajj rituals in Tasikmalaya Regency, both in terms of planning and concepts, personnel (instructors), materials, methods used, and places of implementation, as well as the effectiveness and evaluation of the program
