Kepala SMK N 5 Surakarta juga selalu mendukung kegiatan guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, serta mengajak guru untuk musyawarah saat ada permasalahan, misalnya dalam menyusun program-program sekolah.</span></span>
