Abstract
The study will review the creative writing by members of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), which has been categorized into three genres: poetry, short stories, and anecdotes/memoirs. This project is organized by the Research Interest Group Suara Kreatif Madani (RIG SUKMA) of UiTM Perlis, starting from 2020, and has been published by UiTM Press in 2022. The aim of this study is to identify the benefits of good writing for both the writer and the reader. Additionally, the study analyzes whether the writing published by SUKMA (2022) is purely fiction or based on personal experiences. The research takes into account the analysis of these works from the perspective of sharing experiences and teaching. The findings indicate that good writing not only provides mental intelligence and emotional calmness for the writer but also influences the reader.
