Abstract

Organizational commitment is a condition in which an individual follows the policies and goals of the organization and his desire to maintain his membership in the organization. This study aims to analyze the increase in organizational commitment influenced by organizational support, job satisfaction, and quality of work life at the Petrokimia Gresik Family Employee Cooperative (K3PG). This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the level of organizational commitment relationship that is influenced by organizational support, job satisfaction, and quality of work life. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed an increase in organizational commitment which was influenced by organizational support to achieve employee job satisfaction which resulted in a more conducive quality of work life.
