Abstract
Sekolah Alam Prasasti, located in Piket Village, Sukatenang Village, Sukawangi District, is a free educational institution founded by a couple of activists and culture lovers. The subjects taught are character building, academic logic, leadership, entrepreneurship, and conservation and the environment. The many levels of education from kindergarten to high school taught by teachers at these schools, makes teachers experience difficulties in teaching subjects to their students. The need for competence in the field of soft skills such as informative teaching methods in the form of the basics of communication, public speaking and microteaching is very necessary. Therefore, assistance and training are needed in making learning media for inscription natural school teachers in order to improve teacher competence. The purpose of the activity and focus in this service is to meet the needs of the Alam Prasasti school, namely micro teaching training, good teaching methods, how to increase educational insight, educational psychology of teaching, IT education and development which includes mastery of Microsoft Office, graphic design, digital marketing , public speaking, curriculum making, human people intelligence, children's intelligence standards which are also an urgency for basic knowledge needs for teachers. The proposed activity plan is in the form of increasing teacher competence, competency-based integrity programs, training on the preparation of tools, educational supervision programs, soft skill-based training, educational observation and evaluation training.
