Abstract

ABSTRACT
 Pancasila education in the independent study is currently a means for students to be able to learn about attitudes, knowledge, manners, and basic abilities. Learning throught the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model which is based on problems in everyday life can be used as an effort to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of class I students at SDN Tanjungsari 2 Blitar city, in the subject of pancasila education by applying the PBL learning model. The research participants were 29 first grade students. Thi research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle 2. Data Collection techniquesused tests and observations. In the first cycle of students learning outcomes in the material maintaining harmony with neighbors the average value reaches 65,86, in cycle 2 the average value of learning outcomes increased to 81,03. Then cycle 1 completennes of student learning outcomes rechead 41%, in cycle 2 the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes increased 76%. The results of the study stated that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model could improve the learning outcomes of class I students at SDN Tanjungsari 2 Blitar city.
