Abstract

The revitalization of the Borobudur area occurred as a result of the burden of visitors on the existing road pavement structure becoming increasingly heavy over the years, especially in the Borobudur Temple Concourse Area, which is a road made of andesite stone with a garden in the middle as the median of the road. The Concourse area is 15 meters wide. Plans are to widen it to 22 meters. The widening of the Concourse Area aims to see the splendor of Borobudur Temple from a distance and to provide access for President-level VVIP guests, thereby making the Borobudur Temple Area a Super Priority (DSP) tourism destination. Implementation of this project requires appropriate control so that the project can run on time and at the right cost as planned. The Results Value Concept Method is a control method technique used to control the project budget and schedule in an integrated manner. Stages of data analysis for each job, namely determining BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule), determining BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed), and determining ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performed). Variance analysis and performance indices from the Earned Value Concept method consist of Cost Variance (CV) and Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performed Index (CPI), and Schedule Performed Index (SPI). In the final results of the analysis of the application of the Earned Value Concept method, the required values for the estimated project completion costs are BEAC (Rp 10.271.541.738) and BETC (Rp -4.259.269.612). Meanwhile, the estimated remaining time for SETC is 0, and the total time for completion of SEAC is 30 weeks in accordance with the project completion plan. The CPI to-go performance confidence index value of 1.55 indicates more economical costs, and the SPI to-go index of 1.00 means the duration of completion according to plan. The value of BAC (Rp 11.462.502.700) > BEAC (Rp 10.271.541.738) shows that the project is making a profit. The value of SAC (30 weeks) = SEAC (30 weeks) directs the project was completed according to plan.
