Abstract
This study aims to identify the business model of the dairy cow milk enterprise at UPT Pembibitan Ternak dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak Rembangan and to determine the development strategies for the dairy cow milk enterprise at the same center. The research area was deliberately chosen (purposive method) at UPT Pembibitan Ternak dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak Rembangan. The respondent selection method was purposive sampling. The study employed a descriptive method with Business Model Canvas and SWOT analysis tools. The research findings include a business model map, and it was determined that the UPT Pembibitan Ternak dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak Rembangan is located in quadrant I, indicating that the Strength-Opportunities (S-O) strategy can be applied. This strategy consists of maintaining the quality of milk sold at affordable prices, expanding partnerships to reach a broader consumer base, and providing training and education to workers on the use of advanced technology in dairy cow milk production activities.
