Abstract
In the process of teaching and learning activities, one means to facilitate these activities is the availability of modules / textbooks as a source of information. This research will develop Mathematical Statistics Module. Based on the experience of the researcher as a lecturer of Mathematical Statistics, the students can not understand the material well. It is seen from the low learning result that the researcher has to do remedial exam many times. Development of Mathematical Statistics module will use ADDIE model that is Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations. This module consists of 5 chapter, that is opportunities, random variables distribution, two random variables distribution, Random Variable Expectation, Discrete and Continuous Distribution. This mathematical statistics module contains theories (materials), sample questions, group discussions and individual tests. Based on the result of legibility test, the result of the module is considered to be practical and effective to be used by IKIP Budi Utomo students because it is highly valid for aspect of content, aspect of language, aspect of lay-out and aspect of graphic design. While the validation results obtained aspect of content value 3.6 (very valid), the average aspect of language value 3.5 (very valid), the average aspect of lay-out value 3.5 (very valid) and the average value of aspect of graphic design 3. 2 (valid). In addition there is an increase in student learning outcomes that use learning modules with students who do not use the module.
