Abstract

The use of interactive learning media that can increase students' interest in learning has not been implemented in SMP Negeri 1 Ambarawa, especially in learning Mathematics. Educators deliver material in a conventional way or with the lecture method. The purpose of this study was to produce a product in the form of RELKU interactive learning media on a feasible and effective relationship material. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) research which consists of ten stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, usage trials, product revisions, mass production. The subjects of this study were students in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Ambarawa. Data collection techniques used are documentation, validation instruments, student response questionnaires and learning achievement tests. Data analysis techniques for the feasibility test are based on expert validation and the effectiveness test is based on student learning outcomes tests. This research produced a product in the form of RELKU interactive learning media which has been validated by two material expert validators with a percentage of 91.428% in the very feasible category and one media expert validator with a percentage of 76% in the appropriate category and the percentage of effectiveness based on learning outcomes tests with a percentage of 87.500% . Based on this, it can be concluded that RELKU interactive learning media is appropriate and effective for learning mathematics in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Ambarawa.
