Abstract
Developing and teaching responsible behavior from an early age is very important, which is adjusted to the limits of children's abilities. The method used is the Research and Development method. The ADDIE Model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Limited trial subjects were kindergarten children aged 5-6 years with a total of 14 children. Data collection techniques used assessment instrument sheets. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Wilcoxon match pairs. The results of the assessment of the experts obtained a score of 95% from the material expert, from the media expert obtained a value of 93.75% while from the trial the teacher obtained a score of 100% and 95.8%. Based on the effectiveness results, the significance value (2-tailed) is 0.001 so that p <0.05 or 0.001 <0.05, because the result of the significance value is less than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is an average difference -the average between pretest and posttest which experienced an increase in score so that it can be concluded that the use of Gatuko media based on the Android application is effectively used to introduce an attitude of responsibility to obey the rules at school in children aged 5-6 years.
