Abstract
The increase in waste in DKI Jakarta has become an environmental problem in society. The wastebank is a program of the Environmental Service which aims to reduce the volume of waste fromhousehold activities and so that recycled waste can have economic value. Socialization activities onwaste management and development of creative and innovative skills through the Swara CiptaMandiri waste bank were carried out among the people of Kampung Sumur, Klender Subdistrict.This activity addresses the problem of awareness and involvement of local communities in wastemanagement as well as the availability of being a waste bank member which is still low. This activityincreases the public's knowledge and interest in joining the Swara Cipta Mandiri waste bank.
