Abstract. Abstract. The purpose of this research is to (1) Find out how to plan religious extracurriculars to foster student discipline at SD Plus Marhas, Bandung Regency. (2) Knowing the implementation of religious extracurriculars to foster student discipline at SD Plus Marhas, Bandung Regency. (3) Knowing the evaluation of religious extracurriculars to foster student discipline at SD Plus Marhas, Bandung Regency. (4) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for religious extracurricular activities to foster student discipline at SD Plus Marhas, Bandung Regency.The results of the research show that: (1) Religious extracurricular planning to foster student discipline at SD Plus Marhas Bandung Regency was carried out in a structured manner according to the plan that had been set at the beginning of the semester. (2) The process of implementing religious extracurriculars to foster student discipline at SD Plus Marhas, Bandung Regency is going quite well according to planning. (3) Evaluation of religious extracurriculars to foster student discipline at Plus Marhas Elementary School, Bandung Regency, has had a significant effect on students at Plus Marhas Elementary School, Bandung Regency. (4) The supporting and inhibiting factors that arise regarding this problem can be resolved quite well by extracurricular coaches/educators. Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Alfassalam Ciranjang Cianjur. (2) Mengetahui pelaksanaan program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Alfassalam Ciranjang Cianjur (3) Mengetahui penilaian hasil program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Alfassalam Ciranjang Cianjur (4) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Alfassalam Ciranjang Cianjur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: : (1) Perencanaan program tahfidz al- Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Alfassalam Ciranjang Cianjur ini dilakukan dengan rapat internal (2) Proses pelaksanaan program Tahfidz Al-Qura’an di pondok Pesantren Alfassalam Ciranjang Cianjur ini masih menggunakan metode turun menurun (3) Penilaian dari hasil program tahfidz al- Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Alfassalam Ciranjang Cianjur berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan, meski ada beberapa target yang belum tercapai (4) Faktor pendukung program ini adalah murabbi atau pembimbing yang kompeten dalam bidang tahfidz Sedangkan faktor penghambat program ini adalah kurangnya jumlah murabbi atau pembimbing tahfidz, bukan karena niat untuk Allah, santri yang malas.
