Abstract

The main problem in this research is whether work teams influence employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Area Soppeng, This research aims to determine the influence of work teams on employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Soppeng Area. This research was conducted at the Telkom Soppeng Office, Jalan Pengayoman, Botto Village, Lalabata District, and on Jalan Appanang Raya, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all employees of PT. There were 11 Telkom Access Area Soppeng people, while the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, that is, all members of the population were used as samples so that the sample in this study was 11 respondents. Based on the results of research analysis regarding the influence of work teams on employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Area Soppeng, it can be concluded that the Work Team has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Soppeng Area. Based on the conclusions stated above, it can be recommended to PT. Telkom accesses the Soppeng area so that in improving employee performance it is best to pay attention to the effectiveness of the work team that employees have through participative leadership, shared responsibility, shared goals, intensive communication, focus on the future, focus on tasks, mobilization of talent and responsiveness. fast.
