Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine: [1] The level of work Stress of the employees at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung City. [2] The level of Situational Leadership style at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung City. [3] Employee performance at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung City. [4] How much the influence of Work Stress on employee performance at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung City. [5] How much the influence of Situational Leadership Style on employee performance at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung City. [6] How much the influence of Work Stress and Situational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung City. Based on the results of research: [1] The Work Stress at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung city from 49 respondents were categorized as low to produce a score of 122,5. [2] Situational Leadership style at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung city from 49 respondents as high-yeld for Instruction division score of 129, high yeld for Consultative division score of 128,6, low yield for Participatory division score of 113, and high yeld for Discretionary division score of 139,25. [3] Employee performance at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung City from 49 respondents were categorized as High yield 139,34. [4] Work Stress has a weak level of influency on the employee performance at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung by 0,100 or 10% with correlation value of 0,317. [5] Situational Leadership Style has a Strong lrvrl of influency on the employee performance at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung by 0,449 or 49,9% with correlation value of 0,706. [6]. Work Stress and Situational Leadership style have a strong level of influency to employees performance at PT.BPR Metro Asia Mandiri Bandung City by 0,529 or 52,9% with a correlation value of 0,741 and hyphotesis test result values obtained 38,003>3,20 and 0,00 significance 3,20 dan 0 , 00 signifikansi <0,05, maka perbedaan yang signifikan antara Stres Kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja karyawan.
