Abstract

In an effort to build superior and competent human resources, the government participates in developing types of non-formal education such as skills education and job training, for example, the provision of Courses and Training Institutions (LKP). The success of training is influenced by learning strategy factors and learning motivation. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of learning strategies, motivation, and the effect of learning strategies and learning motivation on student learning outcomes at LKP Sinar Nusantara Semarang. The research was designed using a quantitative approach with an ex post facto research design. The data collection technique used observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using inferential data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis include normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test. The results showed that there was a positive effect of learning strategies on learning outcomes in the motorcycle automotive training programme at LKP Sinar Nusantara Semarang, as evidenced by the Thitung value of 3.162> Ttable 1.997 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. There is a positive effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes in the motorcycle automotive training programme at LKP Sinar Nusantara Semarang, as evidenced by the Thitung value of 6.078> Ttabel 1.997 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Learning strategies and learning motivation simultaneously affect learning outcomes in the motorcycle automotive training programme at LKP Sinar Nusantara Semarang. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the Fcount value has a value of 51.532> Ftable which is 3.15 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This proves that learning strategies and learning motivation are proven to affect student learning outcomes in the motorcycle automotive training programme at LKP Sinar Nusantara Semarang
