Pengaruh SOP Dan K3 Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Di PT. Prabu Kencana Surya Pratama Probolinggo

Abstract

Human resources are one of the determining factors for the success of the company and have an important role in every activity of the company. Work productivity is a major factor in the company's success, good work productivity will produce positive things. The type of research used is an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, so the number of samples used is all employees of PT. Prabu Kencana Surya Pratama Probolinggo has 40 employees. Source of data used comes from primary data and secondary data. Data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using data analysis methods in the form of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R Square) and hypothesis testing. The partial test shows that the Standard Operating Procedure variable (X1) has a significant effect on Work Productivity (Y) with a tcount = 3.397 and the Occupational Safety and Health Variable (X2) partially has a significant effect on Work Productivity (Y) with a tcount = 2.583 .
